Christner Bros. Inc. started in 1980. Brothers, Mike and Dave Christner, started off as framing subcontractors. After a few years of framing, the opportunity came to build model homes. The brothers had model homes in the up and coming neighborhoods today known as The Preserve at Misty Creek, along with River Wilderness, and The Woodlands at Bent Tree.  After they completed several hundred homes in these neighborhood's, the opportunity came to build a large amount of custom homes from Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Casey Key.  Mike's son, Brian Christner, joined the team in 2015 taking on the custom home building as well. From bidding, scheduling and day to day operations, Brian has stepped up to continue the family tradition.
